Driving Course Specifics
➤ We provide EDT Essential Driver Training. This consists of a 12 Lesson Plan that covers all aspects of safe driving in preperation for your test.
➤ Our vehicles are Fully Insured for Training Purposes and Tests.
➤ Our vehicles are fitted with Dual Controls.

How to apply for your Learner Permit
Category B (Car)
➤ Before you start your driving lessons, you need a learner permit.
➤ To get your Category B (Car) Learner Permit you must pass a Driver Theory Test with at least 35 out of 40 correct answers. We recommend using the CD-ROM or Online Learning Tool for study purposes as it emulates the actual test. Click here for more Information on the Theory Test
➤ When that is done you must successfully complete a Medical Examination with a Medical Report Form stamped by your Doctor.
➤ Fill in a Learner Permit Application Form and bring it to your nearest NDLS Centre along (or apply online with MyGovID) with your completed Medical Report Form and two forms of Identification (eg: Utility Bill and Passport)
➤ When that is done please wait to receive your Learner Permit in the post. Once you have it you can begin your Practical Driving Tuition.
